We are pleased to announce that the Multi-Sports club resumed activities on Saturday 5th June 2021 at Xcite Linlithgow
We are starting slowly and will build back up to normal service when circumstances permit.
There are two sessions in the main hall for 15 people per session, the first session starts at 11am and ends at noon when the second session starts. At this moment in time people over the age of 18 will be limited to non- contact sports and we ask that you make sure that you clean any equipment when you are finished using it. There will be sanitising equipment available.
People with disabilities who need support are exempt from the social distancing rules and we will expect everyone not taking part in activity to wear face masks.

Prior to joining the event we would ask that you do a self- assessment health check using the form which has been e-mailed to all members.
The club has introduced new procedures and a copy has also been sent . These will take effect until further notice and we will relax the rules when circumstances allow.
If you would like to take part in future meetings please e- mail the club to register your interest.
The spaces will be allocated on a first come first serve basis-so we hope to see you very soon!!
We hope to reinstate the gym session at some time in the future but we regret to inform you that the Friday night Boccia section will no longer take place but there will be practice facilities at the Saturday session.
Unfortunately at this point in time we are unable to accept applications for new memberships.
On 7th,14,21st and 28th July we are running outdoor Archery sessions at Beecraigs Country Park- the sessions run from 2pm-4pm.
